Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Returns
You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the sensitive nature of the high CBD Hemp Oil products, all sales of those products are final past 30 days after the request was made. NO REFUNDS shall be given for these products if received past 30 days after the request and will be promptly returned to the sender.

If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. This time period allows  our bank to process our refund request to your bank (5 to 10 business days).

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at wecare@thegcbd.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
